Shipping Information

Our standard delivery service for most UK mainland (England, Wales & Scottish Mainland) orders is 1 - 3 Working Days (Subject to availability and excluding Public Holidays).

We work as quickly as possible to pack and send your orders. For delivery to England, wales and Scottish Mainland, you parcel should arrive in 1 - 3 working days after you receive a despatch email from us (it may taker longer for deliveries go to Scottish Highland and other offshore locations). You can view your order's progress by logging on to My Account page.

If we are unable to deliver within the suggested lead time, we will contact you to advise delivery options.  

Please Note: Items which require special packaging or are oversize, may incur extra charges. We will advise of any extra charges before despatch.

A signature is required on delivery. After two unsuccessful attempted deliveries, the goods may be returned to us. Any further attempts to deliver will be chargeable.

Your order is carefully packaged for shipping. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you have ordered more than one item, please be aware that your items may come in multiple packages. Any damaged, missing or incorrect item should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, preferably on the day of delivery. Photographic evidence must be provided.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are set out during the check-out process on our website, which will be calculated* and displayed on the website before you make payment. 

* Delivery costs are dependent on weight, and vary depending on destination. To calculate your shipping costs, first add the goods you would like in  the 'Shopping Basket' and click on 'View Basket'. In the shopping Basket, you will see the delivery cost. 

Please email us a screenshot of your 'Basket' along with your full delivery address if you wish us to confirm your delivery cost prior to purchase.
