How can I pay?

We accept payment by credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). We also take PayPal payment.

We also accept payment by Bank Transfer and cash. 

 

When should I book my installer?

You should wait until you have received all your goods, and you are satisfied that everything is okay. We always strive to deliver on time without damage, but sometimes goods may be temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, damages or delays in transit are possible and out of our control. It is up to the customer to inform the supplier if the order has not arrived. 

It is recommended that you thoroughly check your goods within 24 hours of delivery. Check that there are no damages that the product is what you ordered. that the finish is correct and all accessories are provided prior to booking installers. We are not liable for any costs incurred by the customer as result of a delivery being lost, damaged or late.

 

How long does delivery take?

We send our order out using reliable and careful carriers (e.g. DPD, DX...), your parcel should arrive in 1 - 2 working days after you receive a dispatch email from us. 

 

What if you are unable to deliver in the agreed time scale?

If for any reason there is a delay (e.g. we may be let down by suppliers, transport or other reason beyond our control), we will contact you to keep you updated.

 

What should I do if I received faulty or damaged goods?

You should check your order within 24 hours of delivery and contact us regarding this immediately. We will look into this for you as quickly as we can and we may ask you for photographic evidence or ask you to return* the goods for inspection. We will then arrange replacing the items for you once the fault / damage confirmed. 
* You will have to pay the cost of return delivery initially, but we will reimburse your reasonable return costs.

 

What if something is missing from my order?

You  should check your order within 24 hours of delivery and contact us regarding this immediately. We'll sort it out for you. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence.
